1. This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
2. The photo contest will run from 18 - 28 July 2024 and the winner announcement will be on 30 July 2024.
3. Movie screening will be on 4 August 2024 (Sunday), 11am at the respective cinema hall. Do note, movie is PG18 and above
4. Winners will be picked randomly. The decision made will be final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
5. Each winner will receive TWO (2) movie tickets valid for TWO (2) pax only. Concession items are not provided.
6. Ticket redemption can be done at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor from 31 July - 3 August 2024.
7. Valid movie tickets are required for the movie screening.
8. Movie hall is a Standard Hall and the seating is based on random allocation.
9. Sunway Malls reserves the right to disqualify and reject any entry that contains any form of discrimination (racial, religious or political motives) and/or which is sex related.
10. By participating in this contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Malls the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
11. The winner will be notified via email and/or social media on the prize collection details. The prize shall be collected personally by the winners at the risk and cost of the respective winners.
12. In the event the winner fails to collect his/her prize within the notified period, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
13. Sunway Malls reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
14. Sunway Malls may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Malls’s official website or Facebook page.
15. Sunway Malls’ decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Malls.
16. The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
17. Sunway Malls reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
18. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organiser.
