1. This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., UOB, Sime Darby Motors, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this contest.
2. An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
- Spend and redeem at Sunway Malls Cheers to 50 from 18 July – 4 August 2024.
- Each token received from the redemption is equivalent to ONE (1) lucky draw entry.
- Lucky draw contest ends on 4 August 2024, and the winner will be announced by 12 August 2024.
3. By participating in this activity and contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Malls the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
4. Sunway Malls may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Malls or individual mall’s official website or Facebook page.
5. The winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Malls, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Malls. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
6. If Sunway Malls is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 2 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Malls reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Malls on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
7. Sunway Malls reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
8. Sunway Malls’ decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Malls.
9. The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
10. In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
11. The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
12. Winner will receive the BYD Dolphin at BYD Malaysia Showroom only after the ceremony. The winner shall be responsible for any other fees and costs related to the car, i.e (vehicle registration fee, transportation costs, insurance costs, etc).
13. The registration process must be completed within thirty (30) days upon announcement of the winner.
14. Sunway Malls reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
